What is an AMRAP?
AMRAP stands for As Many Rounds (or Reps) As Possible — a timed workout format where you cycle through a short list of exercises for a fixed duration, completing as many full rounds as you can before the clock runs out.
It's one of the most popular workout styles in functional fitness because it's simple to set up, scales to any fitness level, and turns a workout into a measurable score you can compare against historical workouts or friends.
AMRAP Workout keeps the clock, the rounds, and the score. Run it alone, or host a live mission so every phone counts down together — in one gym or across time zones.

Live leaderboard
Everyone enters the same timed mission on a countdown that's reconciled in real time. Rep counts update together, turning a personal effort into a mission the whole crew can feel — whether they're across the gym or across time zones.

Start the clock and tap each round as you finish it. The same countdown can run on other phones when you share a rally link. It does not have to.
Each round is a split. Hold the pace you started with. When someone else is on the mission, the board shows where they are.
Pick programmed AMRAPs across 5, 10, 15, and 20-minute formats, with coaching cues whether you train alone or invite friends. Each format lets you adjust the time domain by a few minutes.
The library
Every AMRAP in the library is built around a specific training stimulus — from quick anaerobic sprints to longer aerobic grinds. Pick one to see what it asks of you:

Yes. AMRAP Workout puts everyone on one synced countdown — the host shares a rally link, every phone that opens it runs the same clock, and the leaderboard updates live as people log rounds. It works whether you are in the same gym or in different time zones.
Most run 5 to 20 minutes. Short caps reward an all-out effort; longer caps become pacing tests, where going out too fast in the first round costs more than it gains. Pick the time domain first, then choose movements you can keep doing under fatigue.
Rally command
A mission can be just you. Set it up in under a minute, track every round, and share a rally link when you want other people on the same clock.
