About
Train solo or in sync
A solo AMRAP is a complete workout: rounds, splits, and a score you can compare the next time you run it. What breaks is two separate clocks. They drift within a minute, and comparing scores afterwards means trusting that everyone started together and counted the same way.
AMRAP Workout is that clock, for one person or for a group. Train solo and track every round, or have the host set the mission and share a rally link so every phone counts down together — reconciled in real time so no device runs ahead. Rounds are logged with a single tap and the leaderboard updates while you are still working.
Who built it
Justin Fassio — a certified Master Fitness Trainer and Commander's Total Fitness Program Manager since 1998, who owned San Diego Core Fitness and co-founded gymgo and aiworkoutgenerator.com.
Programming physical training for a whole unit means everybody trains at once, in the same time, and nobody gets left behind. That is the problem this app solves, and it is where the tactical language across the site comes from.
What you get
- A countdown. One clock for you, or for the whole crew when you are in the same gym or three time zones apart.
- Round logging. One tap records the round. The live board moves when someone else is on the mission.
- A real workout library. Programmed AMRAPs across 5, 10, 15 and 20 minute time domains, with coaching cues for every movement.
- Campaigns. Multi-week programmes that open with a benchmark workout and retest it later, so you can see whether the work actually moved the number.
Start a mission
Setting one up takes about a minute. You can run it alone. When you invite people, they do not need an account to join.
