Flutter Kicks
A bodyweight movement used in 1 AMRAP workout in the library.

How to do it
Supine, legs six inches off the floor, rapidly kicking up and down.
The coaching cue
"Point the toes, lock the quads."
What changes inside an AMRAP
Tuck your chin firmly to your chest to lock down the upper abdominals and protect the neck.
Common mistakes
- Letting the heels touch down at the bottom of each kick.
- Kicking from the knees rather than keeping the legs long.
